the sinks are fed with a foot-pump style sink. So while there is running water, you have to work a little harder for it!

There is an outdoor shower fed with cold water only. Great for a rinse after a soak in the tub!

The wood fired hot tub needs a 4-5 hours to warm up (longer in cooler weather). You will need to start a fire inside the metal canister located on the top of the tub. We recommend 2 bundles of wood to get the water hot.

We have a composting toilet in a fully walled bathroom to provide full privacy. the only special instructions are to place your toilet paper in the waste bin provided. You will need to do your number 1’s and 2’s in the appropriate compartments.

The dome is powered via solar energy in order to cut down our environmental impact. please be conscious of your use of power during your stay so that we don’t run out of power.

Typical check in time is 4pm, and check out is 10am but depending on bookings you may be able to change these times (2pm and 12pm respectively). The cost for this is $50. Please contact us closer to your stay.

The dome is heated via the indoor wood stove. We provide one thick log to be used overnight while you’re sleeping and smaller logs for use during the day. Wood bundles can be purchased during your stay.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide firewood as we’ve had issues sourcing consistent quality and dry wood. We recommend two bundles for the hot tub and one to two bundles for the woodstove. Factor in one bundle of wood for the outdoor firepit as well.

Our lakefront access is only for our Farmhouse guests so unfortunately Dome guests do not have access to the lake from our property. There are public beaches and water activities near by such as Booster Park Beach
